As the founder of Madison Avenue Insurance Group, Stacey has led the agency since its inception in 2003. She oversees all aspects of operations, staffing, marketing, and financial management, while continuing to manage a portfolio of large and complex commercial accounts. Stacey’s leadership and deep industry knowledge are the foundation of the agency’s ongoing success.
Karly Peterson, Vice President of Personal Line
A seasoned insurance advisor specializing in personal lines, Karly delivers personalized solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. She has been a trusted part of the Madison Avenue team
since 2013.
Marie Sims, Chief Financial Officer
Marie oversees all financial operations of the agency, including forecasting, auditing, payroll, taxes, and HR. As a key member of the executive team since 2016, she plays a vital role in ensuring the firm’s fiscal health and operational efficiency.
Laura Villalobos, CRIS, Sr. Commercial Account Manager
Laura brings extensive expertise in commercial insurance, focusing on construction and surplus
lines markets. A Certified Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS), she is fluent in English and Spanish and has been a vital part of the agency since 2014.
Lisa Crawford, Licensed Senior Sales Executive, Commercial Lines
Lisa specializes in commercial real estate and apartment building insurance. With prior experience as a corporate headhunter, she joined Madison Avenue in 2025 and brings a strong understanding of specialized coverage forms and market requirements.
Olivia Simmons, Commercial Lines Account Executive
Olivia manages commercial lines renewals and client accounts, ensuring coverage aligns with specialized forms and market requirements. She joined Madison Avenue in 2022.
Hilda “Sela” Terrell, Commercial Lines Account Executive
Sela manages policy renewals for our commercial real estate, condominiums and apartment building customers. Fluent in English and Spanish, she has been a licensed agent since 2011 and joined Madison Avenue in 2024.
Zara Asif, Commercial Lines Customer Relations Associate
Zara delivers exceptional client experiences while supporting the sales team. Fluent in English and Urdu, with basic proficiency in Korean, she joined Madison Avenue in 2025.
