Stacey Scott, President
As the founder of Madison Avenue Insurance Group, Stacey has led the agency since its inception in 2003. She oversees all aspects of operations, staffing, marketing, and financial management, while continuing to manage a portfolio of large and complex commercial accounts. Stacey’s leadership and deep industry knowledge are the foundation of the agency’s ongoing success.
Laura Villalobos, CRIS, Vice President
Laura brings extensive expertise in commercial insurance, with a strong focus on construction and surplus lines markets. She works closely with clients to understand specific contract requirements and matches them with the best market solutions. A Certified Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS), Laura is fluent in both English and Spanish and has been an integral part of the agency since 2014.
Karly Peterson, VP of Personal Lines
Karly is a seasoned insurance advisor specializing in personal lines. Known for her personalized service, she takes the time to understand each client’s unique needs and delivers tailored insurance solutions. Karly has been a trusted part of the Madison Avenue team since 2013.
Hilda “Sela” Terrell, Licensed Commercial Lines Account Executive
Sela focuses on commercial real estate insurance, including coverage for condominiums and apartment buildings. She brings a strong understanding of specialized coverage forms and market requirements. Fluent in English and Spanish, Sela has been a licensed agent since 2011 and joined Madison Avenue Insurance Group in 2024.
Krista Grier, Licensed Commercial Lines Support
Krista supports the commercial lines team with precision and professionalism. With a background in mortgage loan processing and a license in insurance since 2022, she excels in fast-paced environments and handles client needs with integrity and confidentiality. Krista joined the agency in 2025.
Marie Sims, CFO
Marie oversees all financial operations of the agency, including forecasting, auditing, payroll, taxes, and HR. As a key member of the executive team since 2016, she plays a vital role in ensuring the firm’s fiscal health and operational efficiency.
